Physical Description:
Boston Gas Easement Urban Wild is a thin strip of property that runs south from a small bay at Commercial Point along Morrissey Boulevard to end at Victory Road. At the north the wild includes the shoreline of the bay and adjacent tidally influenced marsh. Moving south, the wild narrows traveling between the abutments of Morrissey Boulevard and the Southeast Expressway and the developed area of Commercial Point. Here the wild is a mixed upland community of weedy trees and grassland.
